Glow Nation operates strictly as a B2B wholesale supplier for retailers, salons, resellers, and professional buyers. All purchases are intended for resale or professional use.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is ₹5,000 per order. Orders below this value are not accepted.
No Returns & No Refunds
All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

Buyers are responsible for verifying product details, quantities, and pricing before placing an order.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are provided only in cases of:

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
Shipping & Transit
Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and transit risks are managed by the courier partner. Minor outer packaging damage does not qualify for replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received or the order is dispatched.
Stock Unavailability
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after payment, the amount may be adjusted against another product or refunded only for the unavailable item.
Product Authenticity
All products sold are 100% genuine and original. Packaging or batch variations do not qualify for return or refund.

Glow Nation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of order placement shall prevail.
